ORDER COMMUNICATION


You will receive order related emails in two stages.
1. An order confirmation email once you place the order.
2. A shipment email once the order is dispatched from our warehouse to your address. You will be able to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company through the tracking code in the second email.

Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to our studio. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete address or wrong telephone number.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at sales@bindigasm.com

 

REFUND

  • We only offer refunds in case of an error on our part, such as:
    • Wrong item sent, or
    • Manufacturing defect
  • To process a refund, we’ll need:
    • Clear photos of the product, and
    • A video of unboxing, with tags intact
  • If approved, we will either refund the amount or re-ship the correct item at no extra cost.
  • In such cases, return pickup and shipping charges will be covered by us.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 working days.
  • No refunds will be provided for issues not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • No refunds on discounted or sale items.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

  • Every Advi Blouse is crafted with care and passes through strict quality checks before shipping.
  • Items can be exchanged for size or style, subject to availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we offer a store credit valid for 6 months.
  • Return pickup can be arranged by us, and shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • Items must be in the exact condition as shipped — unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
